Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase of services or digital products from Vignesh Sekar Marketing, a sole proprietorship owned by Vignesh Sekar, 83, Sri Sakthi Nagar, Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu 627811, India ("we", "us"). By using the site or making a purchase you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
We provide marketing services — including direct-response funnels, email marketing, Meta advertising and related consulting — and may sell digital products such as courses, templates and training. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any service are set out on the relevant sales page or in a written proposal agreed before work begins.
2. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
- Services begin after payment is received. Where a service is quoted in instalments, each instalment is due as agreed in writing.
3. Delivery
- Digital products — access details are sent to the email address you provide, normally within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Services — delivered according to the agreed scope and timeline. Timelines depend on you providing access, information and approvals promptly; delays on your side extend the timeline accordingly.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are at least 18, that the information you give us is accurate, and that you have the right to grant any access (ad accounts, websites, email platforms) needed to deliver the work. You remain responsible for your own business decisions, ad spend and compliance with the policies of Meta, Google, Shopify and other platforms.
5. No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your product, pricing, market, ad budget and platform changes among them. We commit to delivering the agreed work with skill and care; we do not guarantee any specific sales, revenue, return on ad spend or other result, and any figures shared are illustrative, not promises.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Course content, templates and training materials remain our property and are licensed to you for your own business use only; they may not be resold, shared or republished. Deliverables created specifically for you as part of a paid service (ad copy, landing pages, email flows) become yours once fully paid for. We may reference the work in our own marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service or product is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad spend.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu.
